Spin Circuit training is a total body workout that involves performing both strength and cardio training exercises. You can improve all aspects of your physical ability and appearance with this high intensity but highly enjoyable type of training.

 

Tabata / H.I.I.T.

Tues: 6am

 

45 Min. Faster paced, Tabata training is a high intensity training regime consisting of 40 seconds of maximum intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated at 8 intervals for 4 minutes.

Class format changes every week so as to keep your body guessing! We may do a group session where we are all doing the same weight training routine one week, and the next week we are all following a circuit using the squat rack, dumbbells, medicine balls and benches.

Fri: 5am- 7am

 

This class is fun! We work on whatever we didn't get to this week. Could be sprints - tire flips - wall balls - could be heavy weight training - we just get it done!
