If getting fit were easy - everyone would do it! My goal is to give you the tools to know how to work out on your own - to give you the confidence to walk into any gym and know what to do. I'm big on form - if your form is off - the exercise will not work - in fact - you can easily get hurt. I keep my classes small - ideally 12 people or less - which is why I insist you RSVP to classes. I want to watch your form - so I teach classes like they are group personal training sessions.
